Drops right in, the accuracy of the laser aim point is less than this shooters jitter (quite pleased). The size and brightness of the dot is just fine. The slide lock switch protrudes a bit more than the factory one, but it has not caught on anything yet. I would give it a 5 , but you must ask a few years from now. For now I say I''m very glad I bought it!

The lasers installability is very easy. Took about 2 minutes to install. I don''t much care for how easy it is to turn on. If you set your gun down at the range or pick it out of your holster, there is a chance it will turn on.

Easy to install, easy to operate, however: gun shoots low w/ laser on target - not possible to adjust, but great for fast target pick up

First laser sight I ever used. Very easy to install and use. Only suggestion, a protection devise to keep the laser from being turned on accidently via pressure in a soft pocket holster. Overall very good product even in daylight or bright room.

I love my Glock 26 Lasermax. It really is as easy to install as they say it is and it''s aimpoint is highly accurate. I have read complaints on the internet that some Lasermax''s will inadvertently be turned on when the firearm is holstered, but I have had no such problem. craig 6 Aug 2009

This laser from lasermax is as advertised. Had a little problem changing out the spring. (first time to do this) After got the new spring in place it worked like a charm. Have not test fired yet but it is right on with my glocks sights.

this is a nice piece of equipment. i put it on a 40s+w glock 27 mini. i also put a grip extension for my pinky and a leather pocket holster. i am not an expert armorer---i am a amature. even at my level it installed easy. for you experts it should be a snap. i read the directions 3 times and slept on it . the hardest part was the spring retainer . but i got it on the second try. the rest is ez. ordered a LSM186 service kit from LASERMAX 29.00. they were helpful. also got 3 extra battery packs from top glock. LASERMAX very accurate with the GLOCK 27. i like it on compact guns as they improve my speed and accuracy with this type of gun. feel very secure it will get the job done.

I would like to say If you are looking at this product, buy it! Don''t look at the price, jst think of the advantage you will have on that ]paper[ target. This product is wounderful and a must have if you want to improve your arm. Also, this is a very easy change to make on your weapon. I changed out the guide rod and the spring in no time and then I was off to the range to have some fun. I fired about three hundred on the new laser site and I but every bullet were I wanted. I am in love with this product.

I am a new sport pistol shooter, having just taken up the sport. I am 54 years old, with corrected 20/10 vision but with presbyopia. My correction to best adequately visualize the rear site, front site and target is with contact lenses for presbyopia. This is somewhat of a compromise lens, and especially in dim light, my visualization of the front site leaves something to be desired. I am shooting with a Glock 34 9mm pistol, and for comparison purposes, a Glock 26 9mm pistol. I shoot at an 11 inch diameter target, with a central black target of 5.5 inches diameter, on a paper measuring 17.5 inches in width by 11 inches in height, at 25 yards at an indoor range. Using the Glock 34 without the LaserMax laser, I hit the paper 25 out of 25 shots, with 18 within the 11 inch diameter target, and 9 of these within the central black target. With the LaserMax laser, I also hit the paper 25 out of 25 shots, with all 25 within the 11 inch diameter target and 21 within the central black target. Using the smaller Glock 26 without the LaserMax laser, I hit the paper only 13 out of 25 shots, with only 7 of these within the 11 inch diameter target, and only 2 within the central black target. With the LaserMax laser, I hit the paper 25 out of 25 shots, 5 were outside the 11 inch diameter target, 20 were within the target, and 6 were within the central black target. I am very pleased with my first sessions with the LaserMax lasers, and I look forward to further improvement with practice.

Everything it is advertised to be. Installation was fairly easy. One thing not mentioned is that the laser pulses instead of having an uninterupted beam. Best of all, it does not change the outside appearance of gun.

This is an excellent product! It fits the Glock 26 perfectly and is aligned exactly dead on! Installation takes only a couple of minutes and you have a laser sight every bit as good as one factory installed. I highly recommend this type laser sight!
